New Orleans Marriott

Everything went well. Our suite was ready when we arrived. All of the staff was very friendly with the exception of front desk check in. The room were very clean with an amazing view also the location is perfect for sightseeing. The concierge was excellent and very social with us and super nice. The M-club exceeded our expectations plus that entire staff there was amazing and the food was very delicious.

Staff is terrific! Location is A+. Love that there is a restaurant but also food in the market and the Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient, and the food was pretty good .

Everything was prefect. The M lounge and staff was top notch. We were in New Orlean for a family vacation celebration. We also celebrating milestone birthday. My husband contacted a manager that morning about 10am to see if he could get a birthday cake today by 3pm. She made it happen, sorry I didn’t get her name, but I don’t think it will be to many of your managers that got a cake for a guest. On 4/13/24

Well first of all I liked how the bellman brings your luggage for you. The staff was so welcoming & nice. I love how the property looked on the inside & the rooms itself. Would’ve expected the shower to be more upscaled b/c of how the room looked. The view was amazing & the location was walking distance to everything. We were right on the strip of Canal St.
